Steven Osiecki, Broker/Owner

Steve has shown remarkable leadership and innovation over his career in Real Estate. He embodies everything that REMAX stands for namely career development, education, and substantial income for all of his agents. His compassion and loyalty to his past and current clients is hard to find! He loves what he does and this is why he dedicates so much of his time to building a successful team of highly educated and responsible agents that serve our community. Aside many sales awards received throughout his career, Steve earned respect from his peers and clients for his work ethic, diligence and passion for the profession.

Chris Somers, Realtor/Owner

After working as a financial consultant with Oppenheimer for 7 years, and having also held positions with Deloitte and Touche and the Federal Government, Christopher Somers decided it was time to pursue a new challenge. He then begun a career in Real Estate with wife Stephanie Somers and together they built a loyal client base in Northern Liberties, Old City, Fishtown, Port Richmond, and Old Kensington, to name a few. A natural-born blogger, Chris shares his real estate experience and best practices on a daily basis with the community. His top traits: forward thinker, gifted negotiator, and passionate client advocate.

Gino Carbonetti, Associate Broker

With REMAX since 2005, Gino re-joined our dynamic leadership team in the Fall of 2009 as an Associate Broker. He brings an extensive background in counseling psychology and education, as well as much experience in recruiting and training Realtors new to the profession. For the past three years, Gino has worked with a number of agents, helping them reach both their personal and professional goals. Gino’s knowledge of the Philadelphia Real Estate market, coupled with his personal skills and compassionate nature makes him a valuable asset to our management team and we are pleased to have him back.
