With all of the dogs, cats, and other well-loved pets keeping us company in our animal-friendly neighborhood, the Northern Liberties Animal Hospital will be a much welcomed addition to the community. Whenever our furry friends get sick or are in need of care, it’ll be nice to have a local place to take them.
The 10,000 square foot veterinary hospital will be completed in Fall of 2011, located across from the Piazza at 966 N. 2nd Street. It will service dogs, cats and exotic pets such as birds, reptiles and small mammals.
Remax Access had our monthly office meeting today, Wednesday September 15th, Apollinare Restaurant in The Piazza. We had the opportunity to welcome our many new agents and discuss what has been going on in the office as well as some future events that are being planned (Stay Tuned!) . On July 28th, we hope you’ll stop by the REMAX Access office in Northern Liberties for a first time home buyer session called the PHFA $500 Grant Program with the NKCDC. The session is free and there will be refreshments, guest speakers, and valuable information.
Whether you are buying soon or hope to in the future, now is the time to get up to speed on the home buying process and to gain the credentials and see if you qualify for a free city grant to help first time buyers with closing costs. NKCDC will be discussing the government grant program that will contribute up to $500 to eligible buyers. Those that qualify for the grant during this session will fulfill the prerequisite counseling needed to collect the grant money.
