3. We will email a full description of your property with pictures to current data base

4. We will have a marketing sheet designed and mailed to all our current prospects.

5. A sign will be ordered and posted on your property within 48 hours (where applicable).

6. An ad will be designed and placed in the next available Sunday paper or Philly Weekly as needed.

7. A custom marketing plan is designed for each listing and open house scheduled

8. Our 800 Call Center is open 8am - 8pm, and you can monitor all showings via email.

9. All listings are Enhanced at Realtor.com, Truila, Zillow and FaceBook with up to 25 Photos and a Virtual Tour.

10. You will be sent feedback on EVERY SHOWING
